Manufacturing Process

Anil Fashions boasts a substantial weaving manufacturing capacity, capable of producing up to 1 million meters of fabric per month.

Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with high-speed Airjet Weaving Looms, offering a generous width availability of up to 140 inches. Leveraging the power of compressed air for weft yarn insertion, this advanced airjet weaving process ensures efficient and high-speed production, perfectly suited for meeting the demands of large-scale textile requirements. This robust infrastructure allows us to consistently deliver high volumes of quality woven fabrics.

Weaving Process

The airjet weaving process uses compressed air to insert the weft yarn through the shed.

  1. Warp Preparation: Warp yarns are wound onto the beam and aligned for consistent tension.

  2. Shedding: Alternate warp yarns are raised or lowered to create the shed.

  3. Picking: Compressed air nozzles insert the weft yarn through the shed.

  4. Beating-up: The reed pushes the weft into place, ensuring proper fabric density.

  5. Cloth Take-up: The woven fabric is wound onto the cloth beam with controlled tension.

This efficient, high-speed process is ideal for large-scale production
