Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with high-speed Airjet Weaving Looms, offering a generous width availability of up to 140 inches. Leveraging the power of compressed air for weft yarn insertion, this advanced airjet weaving process ensures efficient and high-speed production, perfectly suited for meeting the demands of large-scale textile requirements. Weaving Process
The airjet weaving process uses compressed air to insert the weft yarn through the shed.

Warp Preparation: Warp yarns are wound onto the beam and aligned for consistent tension.

Shedding: Alternate warp yarns are raised or lowered to create the shed.

Picking: Compressed air nozzles insert the weft yarn through the shed.

Beating-up: The reed pushes the weft into place, ensuring proper fabric density.

Cloth Take-up: The woven fabric is wound onto the cloth beam with controlled tension.
